New Years Update!

Two posts for one day?! Yep, its New Years folks, and I got a story for ya!

A big group of CCSA kids partied down to the park near by for a good view of the fire works. We all split up and Amelia, Erin and I choose a "good" viewing spot (there were a lot of trees and a lot of people). The big thing to do here on New Years is to watch the fireworks in front of the London Eye, so there we were.

Anyways, behind us were some EXTREMELY drunk people who didn't speak English and really enjoyed yelling. One man, a little older, had his phone out "video taping" the fireworks and eventually the people around him, including us (y'all he never pressed record). About 10 minutes before the fireworks went off, a man about our age came up to us and explained that his friends were in the park that is now closed off and he can't get into be with them. He then introduced himself as Michael and asked is he could stand with us so he doesn't look like an idiot.

Well the fireworks began and he told us all kinds of things. His first questions was if we were from America and we all laughed and jokingly asked how he could tell. We continues to talk about Trump and how he wished he could go to America but it is kinda hard to get in. He asked us if we smoke or drank, he asked us where we were from and we talked about McDonalds, the part of town we were staying in, the stupid people around us, etc. Michael talked a lot, but it was kind of interesting to hear things from his perspective like Trump and America and the city there and whatnot.

Well once we escaped, we mobbed out of the park with the rest of the crowds and got back to the hotel.

Well guys, Happy New Year (I know you all are about four hours out) but for the next four hours...hello from the future. Here is 2018 we having flying cars, we can't wait for you to join us...in the futureeeeee.
