Twas the Night Before Study Abroad
Twas the night before study abroad, when all thro' the house, not a suitcase was stirring, not even a purse.
The stocking were hung by the chimney with care, in hopes that the CCSA would soon be there.
The clothes were nestled all snug in their place, and mama in her Santa sweater, and I in my Bellarmine Christmas shirt; had just settled our brains for a long winter's nap- when out of my mouth arose arose such a clatter, I sprang from my chair to settle the matter.
Away to the bedroom I flew like a flash, tore open the camera case, and threw up the strap.
The room lights on the glass of the newly shined display, gave the sparkle of reassurance to the thoughts of the next day; when, what to my wondering eyes should appear, but a box of travel goodies, wrapped in tiny rein-deer .
With a little new camera strap, so floral and glorious, I knew in a moment it that moment the day must be upon us.
Merry Christmas!
Not only was today an amazing Christmas for my family, but it also means I have hit that final count down number for my trip abroad!
I leave tomorrow morning around 6:30 am to head to Nashville to catch my connecting flight! As much as I love being home and I hate leaving the day after Christmas, this trip is going to be the time of my life and I am so excited to embark on this journey!

Merry Christmas and wish me happy travels!
